From the girl-next-door in Aashiqui 2 to the happy-go-lucky optimist in Ek Villian, and from the hip hop queen in Street Dancer to the restrained mother in Chhichhore, Shraddha has essayed a wide range of characters and consistently given impressive performances in her Bollywood career spanning more than a decade.

After a crazy year of pandemic and lockdowns, now the charming beauty is back again in full form and in a big way in the beauty industry! Having joined hands a beauty brand as its ambassador, she now promises to create dream beauty products that women want.

In an exclusive interaction with HAIR, the beautiful actress lets us in on her beauty and skincare journey.

How do you resonate with being a brand ambassador?

When the brand approached me to be their ambassador, what really resonated with me was the fact that it advocates cruelty-free beauty. I personally have started practising vegetarianism and I believe that’s where the ideology connected and I decided then to not only be an ambassador but also an investor. With an interest in the beauty industry, I believe it is the future.

Skincare and makeup play a significant role in the everyday lives of women. What are your thoughts?
