What’s the one thing you really didn’t see happening in your own future, earlier?
“Becoming an actor! I never thought I would be in Bollywood. I used to get a lot of offers from aspiring filmmakers, but my mum didn’t let me even consider it (she wanted me to study). But I loved the thought of being in front of the camera—it was that distant dream that I never thought would come true. That’s what made the world of movies so attractive and magical to me. And now that I think about it, the film industry and I fit together perfectly...I am such a drama queen!”
When it comes to fashion, what’s the one thing you never thought you’d wear?
