They look, act and sound (a bit) like The Wiggles, but former Yellow Wiggle Greg insists his new band isn’t a copycat
When original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page launched his new band Team Rescue last week, fans were quick to compare it to the world famous children’s group that made him a multimillionaire.
But Greg, 47, who forfeited his share in The Wiggles in 2006 after suffering repeated fainting spells, slurred speech and fatigue, which was later diagnosed as orthostatic intolerance, insists nothing could be further from the truth.
“For me, this is not about taking on The Wiggles in any way, or comparing the potential of Team Rescue to that of The Wiggles,” he tells Woman’s Day.
