Few people know the Queen as well as Lady Pamela Hicks. Now 91, she was the monarch’s childhood friend as well as her bridesmaid and lady-in-waiting, and witnessed key moments in the Queen’s life.

Now, in ITV’s documentary My Years With The Queen, Lady Pamela and her daughter, India, who was Princess Diana’s bridesmaid, open their family archive to look back on their relationships with the royals.
