Jac Naylor’s earned herself a reputation as Holby City’s resident ice queen as she rules Darwin Ward with an iron fist in her job as clinical lead. But she’s not on top of her game this week, as she’s distracted by matters at home.

Jac has back-to-back surgeries and a team – including maverick consultant Kian Madani (Ramin Karimloo) – to micromanage. But she’s noticeably rattled by how close Emma, her daughter with Jonny Maconie, has grown to Jonny’s wife-to-be, Stacey.
