Connor is 13 but he’s been fighting leukaemia since he was four years old. For nine years, he’s been in and out of London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital to receive treatment and has had relapse after relapse.

Now, in this week’s closing episode of Paul O’Grady’s Little Heroes, cameras follow seriously ill Connor as he desperately awaits a bone marrow transplant.
