Spycams capture the hardy animals living in the planet’s coldest conditions

The team behind last year’s stunning film Snow Bears return with a new one-off animal adventure for Christmas, narrated by David Tennant, that reveals how an array of creatures manage to endure the world’s most freezing conditions.

Using undercover cameras, Spy in the Snow provides insights into the lives of penguins and polar bears as well as lesser-known snow survivors, like parrots and wombats.

We asked producer Matt Gordon to tell us more about the wildlife on display…
