A paralysed detective hunts down a serial killer on the streets of New York in a thrilling new crime drama

A mind for MURDER

A brilliant new detective comes to our screens this week in Sky Witness’ engrossing US police drama Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector.

The 10-part series stars Russell Hornsby in the title role of a talented New York detective and forensics expert obsessed with tracking down a notorious serial killer dubbed the Bone Collector.

For Lincoln, the case has become very personal. While attempting to save one of the maniac’s victims three years earlier, the detective was left paralysed from the neck down by a trap the killer set.

Now retired from the force, Lincoln is coaxed back when NYPD transit cop Amelia Sachs (Arielle Kebbel) stumbles upon a corpse left in the same way that the Bone Collector (Brían F O’Byrne) posed his victims’ dead bodies.

Assisted by the very latest technology, Lincoln masterminds the hunt for the killer – and other murderers – while Amelia acts as his eyes and ears in the field.
