Beverley 8000 Series Drum Kit

Another undervalued set of late 1970s British drums, badged as Beverley, sold by Boosey and Hawkes, but actually built by Premier .

This Beverley 8000 series kit was brought along to the 2015 UK National drum Fair by absolute music, the mega music store based in Bournemouth. Austin Lane is the experienced drummer and clinician who manages the drum department at absolute. he tells us, “the kit is no longer in my possession, but it was owned by the late John Robshaw who worked within the industry for most of his life, ending up at Beverley where he spearheaded the drum side of things.”
