AGING and fed-up “NCIS” star Mark Harmon is plotting his exit from Hollywood!

After more than 16 seasons of butting heads with his castmates on the hit CBS series, the 67-year-old star plans to ditch his acting career — so he can call the shots behind the scenes and spend more time at home!

“Mark’s done with ‘NCIS’ and everybody on it,” an insider snitched. “He’s been blamed for running at least three of his co-stars off the show.

“He’s ready to start the next chapter of his life.”

Mark has signed on for another season, but insiders believe it will be his last.
