THE split heard ’round the world is over — an “embarrassed and ashamed” Ben Affleck has come creeping back to Jennifer Garner! As these world exclusive aerial photographs prove, the hunky actor’s long-suffering wife has permitted him to return to the home and family he scorned 18 months ago!

The images were snapped recently from a National ENQUIRER helicopter dispatched to the troubled couple’s Los Angeles– area estate.

“This is what Jen has been praying for!” dished an insider. “She never wanted a divorce, but felt she had no other options. Finally, Ben has sobered up enough to come home.”

It’s been a long and tortured road for the “Batman v Superman” star since the couple’s 10-year marriage blew up, leading to a headline-making $150 million split.
