DEMENTED dad Yovahnis Roque beat his helpless tot to death with a hammer, charge Texas police, who say they found the ranting suspect naked and “completely covered in blood” on the front porch of his home.

Roque’s mother, Martha, called cops last month and told them she found her 26-year old son and the battered body of her granddaughter, Savannah, 2, in a closet.
