FEARING she’d lost her golden voice forever, songbird Celine Dion crumbled into crying fits and was near a shattering mental breakdown — until docs saved her and her career with “secret surgery” inside her skull.

Unknown to the 50-year old megastar, she was suffering from patulous eustachian tube, a condition that caused her to hear internal body noises — like her own breathing and swallowing — along with normal sounds.

The inner ear disorder plunged her into fear that she’d never be able to sing again, leaving her an emotional mess, say sources.
