WE ALL HAVE THAT ONE CELEBRITY COUPLE THAT WE LOVE BECAUSE THEY LOOK GOOD TOGETHER AND ARE WINNING AT LIFE. HERE ARE SIX AFRICAN CELEBRITY COUPLES THAT WE ADMIRE.

Relationship Goals

1 DIAMOND PLATNUMZ AND ZARI HASSAN This couple has had its share of ups and downs, with people frequently speculating that they are headed for divorce. But, time and again, so far, they have proved them wrong. During an interview with DRUM, Diamond talked about the death of Zari’s ex-husband, Ivan Semwanga, and stepping in for his three children and supporting Zari.

“Ivan amewaacha watoto watatu. They’re still young and need malezi ya baba yao who was a big part of their lives. Nimesikitika but God plans our lives. He knows why. He has planned it this way. I’ll try what I can in my power to stand in. At the end of the day we are all family right?”

2 NAMELESS AND WAHU Say what you may, but this couple is a darling to many Kenyans. Although married for 10 years, the two have been together for about 17. In an interview with DRUM last year, Wahu revealed that marriage is not a bed of roses.

Echoing her, Nameless stated that they have to work at it. Perhaps this is what endears them to the public – the fact that they aren’t afraid to admit that even celebrity couples have to invest in the relationship for it to work.
