Share Your Notes!

In 2020, two Bishops Diocesan College matric boys created a website called Notes Share to help online learning for all students from Grades 8 to 12.
-

Rohan Naidoo and Luke Rissik created Notes Share (www.notesshare.org) as a way to help students countrywide cope with the new online learning environment brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The online platform allows learners from any school to upload their revision notes, and these are then made available to any student free of charge. Notes Share is made by students for students and has evolved into an ever-growing community of contributors. Learners simply create an account and upload or download content, and rate the notes available.
The founders explain that most students tend to revise using their peers’ notes. Student-created notes are concise, easy to follow, often detail the most confusing sections better than textbooks, and are specific to the syllabus (unlike other thirdparty tutoring platforms).
