Living the Aussie dream sure suits actor Orlando Bloom and his fiancée, singer Katy Perry.

The Hollywood power couple touched down in Oz this month for Bloom to start filming his new movie project Wizards! and headed straight to Port Douglas in Far North Queensland, where they’ve been soaking up the sun, shopping and dining out with Bloom’s son Flynn, 11, and their 22-monthold daughter Daisy. In fact, the Bloom-Perry clan are practically locals. The 37-year-old spent her first week in Australia immersing herself in the culture of the upmarket holiday destination, albeit behind her oversized sunglasses and bucket hat, between beach catch-ups with Bloom and even a visit to the circus.
