AFTER PUTTING HIS SPLIT WITH EX KIM KARDASHIAN BEHIND HIM, THE RAPPER HAS RECONNECTED WITH HIS LONG-HELD CRUSH

He received a heartfelt shout-out from ex-wife Kim Kardashian, but on Kanye West’s 44th birthday on June 8, the rapper only had one woman on his mind. Taking a romantic stroll in Provence, France, West and model Irina Shayk appeared locked in an intimate discussion as they roamed the grounds together.

“Kanye and Irina are seeing each other,” a source told Page Six of the pair, who spent three nights at the luxury Villa La Coste boutique hotel before taking a private jet back to the US on June 9. “It’s casual at the moment, but they are into each other.”

While the romance may appear out of the blue to some, Shayk and West actually go way back. The model, 35, starred in his music video for song ‘Power’ back in 2010 – donning a barely there outfit and angel wings – and managed to catch the rapper’s eye. “She made a definite impression on Kanye,” a source told Star magazine. “There was an instant attraction.”
