THE rest of the country was gearing up for Independence Day. But as Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton gathered at his Oklahoma ranch with 40 of their closest friends and family members on July 3, they were all about interdepenence. After six years of dating and a five-month engagement, the blissfully in love pair were ready to tie the knot — at last. Not that the two ever had any doubts, but the pandemic had repeatedly scuttled their plans. “Blake said he couldn’t believe the day was finally here,” says an insider of the Voice coach, 45, who had built a stone chapel on the grounds of the ranch specifically for the occasion. “He felt like the luckiest guy in the world.”

The feeling, of course, was mutual. As she donned her Vera Wang gown — complete with white stiletto-heeled Le Silla cowboy boots — Gwen, 51, truly glowed. “Six years together finally paid off with the dream wedding that Gwen has been waiting for,” the insider says. “It was a truly spectacular, perfect day.”
