THE balcony of the Absinthe House on Bourbon Street in New Orleans was lined with revelers drinking and having fun. But Justin Timberlake, seated in a corner near a table overflowing with cocktails and cigarettes, had only eyes for one person — his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright. At one point, Alisha sat down next to a seemingly inebriated Justin, who reached over, grabbed her arm and placed her hand on his thigh. The flirty and intimate moment culminated with Justin — wearing a black cap and jacket but, suspiciously, no wedding ring — clutching Alisha’s hand in his.

When video of the inappropriate exchange emerged on Nov. 24, Justin’s wife of seven years, actress Jessica Biel, was livid. Rumors of Justin’s alleged infidelity have plagued their marriage since the beginning. And now, insiders tell Star exclusively, Jessica is ready to give the 38-year-old “Cry Me a River” crooner his walking papers. Jessica can’t stop crying “and is mortified,” says a source. “It doesn’t matter that Justin and Alisha weren’t caught kissing this is still cheating. Jessica won’t forgive him,” the source adds. “This is the final straw.”
