TWO YEARS AFTER WELCOMING TWINS ELLA AND ALEXANDER, A SOURCE TELLS STAR GEORGE AND AMAL CLOONEY ARE EXPECTING — AND THIS TIME THEY’RE HAVING TWO GIRLS!

GEORGE Clooney couldn’t have asked for better Christmas gift. After a few weeks of not feeling quite like herself, his wife, Amal, went to the doctor for a checkup and left with some very happy news: She’s pregnant! And the happy tidings don’t end there — turns out, Amal and George are expecting twins again! “It’s a very special turn of events,” a source tells Star. “They’re ecstatic.”

Which is to say, they’re over the moon, but not completely shocked. According to the insider, the parents to 2-year-old twins Alexander and Ella underwent IVF in the hopes of having more children. And now, Amal, 41, is about four months along. “She’s barely showing,” says the source, “but she does have the beginnings of the cutest little baby bump.” To add to their joy, Amal and 58-year-old George just recently found out they’ll be having two girls! “They’re so excited,” says the insider.
