On Oct. 31, 2016, Michael Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, got some heartbreaking news: Their then-3 year-old son, Noah, had been diagnosed with liver cancer. “It’s the worst possible thing that you could hear as a parent, maybe as a human being,” recalled Michael, who dropped everything to be by Noah’s side through his treatments. “I think that life changes for all of us when we face the mortality of someone who you love so much,” he continued. “It made my faith stronger [and taught me that] every day should be [filled with] joy… I don’t have room for anything else.”

He’s been living that way ever since. This holiday season marks one year since Michael happily shared that Noah’s cancer is in remission. “Not a day goes by that he and Luisana aren’t counting their blessings,” a source tells
