Happy, healthy and in the best shape of her life, Sam Frost couldn’t help smiling as she unveiled her bikini bod at Sydney’s Palm Beach recently. The 28-year-old beauty was glowing as she emerged from the water while shooting scenes for Home and Away. It’s a very different look for the star, who in 2016 was sporting a much thinner frame after dealing with some personal issues.

‘I reached breaking point,’ Sam explained earlier this year, after a very public split from Bachelorette beau Sasha Mielczarek, 31, followed by her stint on radio ending in June. ‘The trolls and the criticism were relentless.’
