ELLEN DEGENERES kicked off her new season by publicly apologizing for allegations of misconduct on her talk show — but body language experts blasted her remarks as tone deaf!

As The National ENQUIRER has reported, multiple ex-staffers alleged the work culture on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” was tainted by racism, bullying, and intimidation.

The charges contradicted the daytime yakker’s public “be kind” image, sparking an investigation and a flood of negative publicity.

Ellen, 62, tried to make light of the furor when she opened her Sept. 21 show, joking: “How was everybody’s summer? Good, yeah? Mine was great. Super terrific.”

Then she cheekily advised “do not go with the ‘be kind’ lady [nickname]. Don’t do it.”

Behavioral expert Bruce Durham, who conducts corporate Br courses on assessing body language, told The ENQUIRER: “If this is an apology, it’s a terrible attempt. It misses the mark totally!
