MUSIC legend Bob Dylan’s image has taken a hit after the folk-rock icon was accused of plying a 12-year-old girl with booze and drugs and sexually abusing her nearly 60 years ago — but sources claimed the horrifying charges don’t hold water!

According to a civil lawsuit filed in New York on Aug. 13, the girl, now a 68-year-old woman, claimed the “Times They Are a-Changin’ ” singer, 80, used his star status to groom her and gain her trust to “sexually molest and abuse” her over a six-week period between April and May in 1965.

But a slew of fans cried foul over the validity of the charges by the Connecticut woman — identified in court documents as “J.C.” — who said in the suit the incidents took place at the performer’s digs in Manhattan’s famed Chelsea Hotel.
