THE king and queen of country music welcomed fans into their home for a charity concert, but insiders said Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood were at each other’s throats in the run-up to the show.

Sources tattled 58-year-old Garth confronted control freak Trisha, 55, after the March 23 Facebook concert that inspired the hastily arranged live concert on CBS on April 1.

“They fought about every aspect of the CBS show and weren’t being discreet about it during rehearsals!” an insider snitched to The National ENQUIRER.

Sources said Garth grew frustrated with Trisha’s insistence on choosing every song for the TV show, who sang which parts and even the key they would sing in!
