Just weeks before the sudden death of her Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Luke Perry last March, Shannen Doherty found out she had stage four terminal cancer. And last week, the 48-year-old went public with the heartbreaking news, after living with it privately for a year.

“I don’t think I’ve processed it,” Shannen shares. “It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways.”
