How do you believe Aromatherapy can heal and improve lives?

“Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils as a therapy to induce healing. Aromatherapy treats the whole person and does not just address the symptom or disease. It is a complementary system of healing, which aids the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain itself by balancing and regulating the various systems in the body. Aromatherapy oils are always to be used externally and never ingested. They work by absorption through the skin, hair follicles and inhalation. Once inhaled or absorbed they travel through the lungs into the bloodstream. Different essential oils have an affinity to different organs of the body and after absorption, they impart healing benefits to those organs. Most importantly, essential oils leave the body through the body’s own excretory system leaving no side effects behind.”
