A federal judge scoffed at the infamous snitch’s bid to help spring 87-year-old Frank “Frankie Loc” Locascio — writing Gravano was an unlikely savior after being “condemned as a rat … [and] vilified in the harshest terms as a liar.”

The convicted killer tried to clear imprisoned Locascio for the cold-blooded 1990 execution of Gambino mobster Louis DiBono, on orders from the crime family’s Godfather John Gotti, who died in prison in 2002.
