Struggling to keep down food, the Duchess of Cambridge’s weight has plunged to a terrifying 97 pounds, according to insiders who claim doctors have put her on a special diet.

“William and her family are worried sick,” says the insider. “This should be the happiest time for Kate and her husband, but it’s turned into a nightmare.

“Kate was hospitalized during her first pregnancy and they’re desperate to avoid that happening again.
