WITH doctors predicting he won’t live out the year, dying Prince Charles has cut estranged wife Camilla out of his $1.3 billion will — saying she made his last years absolute hell with her gin-fueled tantrums, sickening scheming and evil attacks on his family!

Camilla, 72, is reportedly beside herself with rage over the snub and threatening to spill shocking royal secrets — but the 71-year-old prince doesn’t care, reveal palace insiders.

He’s vowing to settle all his old scores before he goes, with son Prince Harry and his high maintenance wife, Meghan, high on his hit list.

“Charles is done with the stiff-upper-lip attitude he’s followed most of his life and plans to even the score by changing his will,” spills a royal source.
