COUNTRY queen Dolly Parton is ready to splurge $2 million for a total head-to-toe cosmetic surgery make over in a grand last hurrah before her 75th birthday in January, insiders say.

Sources snitch Dolly intends to wow the world with her new younger look while she parades her just released holiday album, A Holly Dolly Christmas, and new Netflix movie Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square, which will air late next month.

“Dolly can’t wait for people to get a load of her and they’ll never believe her age,” dishes an insider.

“She wants to tweak everything from top of the head to her toes including a facelift, Botox and fillers.”
