It is a factor that has wide-scale implications. In a way, it directly or indirectly influences the professional realms of a student. If a candidates enrolls for a particular management school, his professional life from then on will be in the purview of what that given institute will instill in him or her. This is the core of how the given student will perform in the professional spheres of work. Thus, the role of placements in the selection of the b-school is hugely important. If the institute is famous for getting good placements for its candidates, it helps matters. The students are reassured that they will have a job in hand when they graduate out of the educational edifice. They need not fear, they need not have any apprehension. All that remains for them to do is to study well and score good grades in their class. The rest is for the institute to manage on its end. At the end of the day, the student will be one happy person since he or she will have a job to call their own. This was the reason, to start with, that the given candidate has enrolled himself for that particular b-school.
