ON SEPTEMBER 29, MANUFACTURING TODAY along with Cisco decided to organise Manufacturing Think Turf. The idea was to glean how technology can act as a buffer against impending disasters that could take months to recover.

Conducted over Cisco Webex, the virtual event comprised a special address by Vinay Dua, Head of Business Development, Digital Transformation, India and SAARC, Cisco, who spoke about how building a resilient architecture is the most important today. Highlighting three principles of building a resilient enterprise, he added that there could be no compromise on the safety, security and productivity of employees.
