The intimate apparel industry has been witnessing an exponential explosion in India and while the potential looks unlimited, streamlining the industry business by integrating the stakeholders was not finding its foothold. INNER SECRETS, is playing a pivotal role and true to his illustrious efforts, the latest offering from him has turned out to be a rip roaring success and a moment engraved in golden letters into the hearts of every participant.
‘Wow Beyond Words!’ was the unanimous reaction from all stakeholders who participated in INTIMASIA (Chennai) 2018, the biggest trade event of its kind for the intimate apparel value chain. The Chennai Trade Centre was buzzing with excitement and energy on June 27th and 28th as it witnessed a one of its kind event. In just its second coming, INTIMASIA (Chennai) has not only exceeded the expectations of the industry but set a high benchmark as a domain knowledge leader and innovator. In his own words, Mr Yusuf Dohadwala, Chief organiser shared “Although we have been in this industry for 15 Years, INTIMASIA is a new event for this Industry. We want to nurture it step by step to help this industry which is largely unorganised. It will take some time for brands and retailers to understand what we are trying to do with INTIMASIA and eventually many will join and the show will grow bigger and bigger with more content.”
He added “The excitement was palpable well before and after the show across India. Those who missed it felt regretful and we are certain they would do what it would take to be part of the next edition. This is how the show will continue growing. Having said that, there is lot of work and responsibility on our shoulders with INTIMASIA as this show will tell the world of our capabilities in this sector.”
