2 slices white bread
1/2 cup milk, to soak the bread in
5 tsp oil, for frying
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
3 1/2 cups beef mince
2 tsp curry power
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp dried mixed spice
