Autobahn, The Motography Show and Safety Ride 2017

AUTOBAHN - GRAND FINALE

The weekend date was decided for xBhp - Trivandrum and Non-Trivandrum xBhpians, Swaroop, Vishnu and Aslam at ‘Autobahn 2017’ for the Grand finale on April 8th and 9th at Greenfield International Stadium, Trivandrum. The highlight of the weekend apart from the xBhp stall at Autobahn was the stunt show by Joona Vatanen, a sportbike freestyle rider from Finland.

Saturday started late with the setting up the stall at Autobahn. By noon, the competition for the modified cars and bikes was started. With loud cars & bikes, painted in candilicious colours and custom designs were rolling around Greenfield making it a treat for the shutterbugs and Autobahn visitors.

In the evening, a Rider’s meetup was organised by Autobahn team inviting various motorcycling groups in Trivandrum which saw a gala of motorcycling groups riding into Autobahn. After the Rider’s meetup, there were performances by ‘Bea.T.ecH’ Crew and ‘Eka’, both in-house dance crew and music band of Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering.

On Sunday, the day started with the opening of ‘The Motography Show’ at xBhp Stall. The stall also had an online MotoQuiz competition with xBhp magazines as giveaways for the most number of correct answers. Also, in the stall were MotoGP Replica helmets on display owned by xBhpians, along with xBhpians owned motorcycles namely, a MotoGP 50th Anniversary edition Yamaha R1, Yamaha FZ1 and Harley Davidson Superlow.
