Jason has been behind the wheel of a race car since the age of 8. He started racing go karts at the age of 14 where he found his passion for drifting at the age of 16. After 5 months of intense training, he entered his first competition in 2011 and came second.

Jason led the championship for most of 2011 but due to a change in teams, he ended up 3rd. In 2012, Jason had his own car and went private along with Monster Energy signing him on as an athlete. Through the course of 2012, Jason had some teething issues with the new car but still managed to finish second in the championship. Jason dominated the both the 2013 and 2015 seasons, making him a double national champion. 2016 saw Jason focus on his profile and international profile doing media/TV activations, Monster Energy film projects and impressing on the world stage at the notorious Gatebil festival in Norway.
