The Daytona is all ready to fly again with the roads and tyres back in shape

Just as I’m filing my final long term report for Toothless, my Daytona 675, we’ve celebrated its second birthday. The gifts include is a fresh set of tyres (Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3), a tank full of fuel and fresh oil. Given my packed travel schedules and the terrible condition of my favourite roads in the rains, I knew the Daytona would be standing on its tyres for over three months. I had therefore drained all the fluids, polished the body work and parked her on a paddock stand for this duration.
