IT IS LITTLE SURPRISE TO SEE AN INCREASED NUMBER OF E-PACE SUV Jaguars on the roads. They fill a spot for buyers who don't have a larger family or business needs met by older big brother, the F-Pace. Now Jaguar has simplified the E-Pace range as it has done with each of its models, and added the limited edition Checkered Flag model.

We lived with the top of the range P250 AWD Checkered Flag finished in the formerly I-Pace-only striking colour, Photon Red. It reinforced our earlier thoughts about the E-Pace, and the timing could not have been better for our Road Test Editor who was considering a new SUV for his family.

With Checkered Flag exterior side badging and 19 Dark Satin Grey wheels, the special edition vehicle is available in three colours – Photon Red, exclusive to this model, Corris Grey and Yulong White. It also features Checkered Flag treadplates and eye-catching Ebony grained leather with red stitching.

The Checkered Flag E-Pace comes with a comprehensive list of standard features including 10-way heated front seats, a panoramic roof and a 12.3-inch TFT Interactive Driver Display, an R-Dynamic branded steering wheel, black gearshift paddles and an Ebony Morzine headliner.
