Bengaluru-based Intech Additive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Intech) has stood out amongst competitors including global majors. The Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) company is claimed to have become the first Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer to indigenously develop, manufacture, and sell its ‘fusion series of Metal AM systems. It has led to the company bagging multiple orders in Q4FY2021, amounting to USD two million. According to Sridhar Balaram, CEO, Intech, the integration of build processing software ‘AMBuilder’ and parameter optimization software ‘AMOptoMet’, both of which are claimed to have been build inhouse, as integrated systems, have gained ready acceptance in the industry.
