Immediately after the nationwide lockdown was imposed on March 24, things were exceptionally bad in Goa, which had already been shuttered earlier in the week.
At that time, citizens were assured they would not have to worry about supplies. But then everything slammed shut, leaving everyone stranded without enough food or medicines to last more than a couple of days. The resulting panic was compounded by government mismanagement. That’s when Praveen Naik started posting images of his artworks every day on social media, where I became hooked on them via Facebook.
