Jump For Life, Addington Equestrian, Bucks

“I WISH every show could be like this,” said one of the competitors at the 2019 Jump For Life show at Addington.

It was easy to understand their sentiment, as rarely do owners, riders and spectators have so much fun and look so happy, win or lose. But this is a very special event and is run of aid of Cancer Research UK, a charity close to many people’s hearts.

With the five classes including serious jumping and an unaffiliated ride-and-run competition, plus an auction and raffle, and with the showground hire and every official’s time donated to the cause, the stage was set for a great day out.
