One of our favorite lines comes from our global Editor-in-Chief Charlie Turner, who once wrote: “In our world, time is marked more notably by the new cars that have thrilled us than by the passing of days and months.” This issue is a celebration of that ethos, with a curated gathering of automotive time capsules for every red- blooded car enthusiast. These stories feature the best of the best and the rarest of the rare, each redefining the top tier of performance and thrills, each delivering that experience with the particular nuance of the brand behind it. We also revisit some of our best- loved local features: from a brilliantly visceral Toyota Celica and a Ford Capri to a glorious expression of technology that is the Porsche 718 Boxster, to a new, more committed alloy of pace and potent thrills in the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV; they are all here, together.
