It’s February, which means all the mediums and feeds are going to be flooded with the Valentine’s Day juggernaut. Celebrate love, by all means. We LOVE love. But we also know – and this is the real truth – how much pressure it can put on people who are both single and in couples, for a variety of reasons. It is impossible to discover and truly revel in love, if you don’t discover it within yourself. Your perception of love might be skewed if that balance of kindness and confidence – yes, self-love – doesn’t exist for you. If you don’t believe us, perhaps you’ll believe Sonakshi Sinha?
