We are a changing society, sometimes open to new ideas and

sometimes taking just a wee bit of time to accept the change.

But, change is inevitable and like they say, it truly is the only

constant. The single greatest tussle for change is changing

the perception and looking beyond the established good in

the quest to find out better. Its not alway easy and its not

always difficult either. All it needs is receptivity, impartial

interest and acceptance.

This month’s theme, Career Counselling - The Missing Link

aimed to explore how important it is for us guide the future

generations away from the beaten track, towards a welcome change, and

thus the counselling them well for an apt career right from school. The

response, as always, was overwhelming and we are happy to feature the views

with a far-reaching appeal.
