Gem and Jewellery Trade Council of India, GJTCI ,an ISO 9001 certified Non Governmental Organisation, was established in the year 2000 with the objective of working for the development of the national gems and jewellery business. Constituted with the mission of unifying the gems and jewellery business under one platform, the Council indulges itself in disseminating latest information to its jeweler-members through imparting educational training in all aspects of manufacturing and designing, organising various educative and trade motivational events viz. Exhibitions, Seminars, Workshops, Buyer Seller Meet, Foreign Trade Delegation, Award Function, Shopping Festival, etc.

With strength of over 1100 members spread all over the country & abroad, the Council is primarily involved in introducing the Indian gem & jewellery products to the domestic and international market. Council informs its members of various fairs and exhibitions taking place around the world.

Council also continuously works towards creating best artisans / designers to consolidate the Indian jewellery industry and establish it as a prominent player in the jewellery segment.
