The theme for July-August Issue– Safety and Sustainability – Common Goals and Collaborative Approach. Looking to the environmental crisis that is looming large on the world, it is essential to ensure that everyone adopts a sustainable way of living. At the same time, safety of individuals and assets also is of prime importance. Hence the thought of combining safety and sustainability. The issue contains an article by industry veteran Mr. P Vijayaraghavan on the theme. It also contains an article by Ar. Kanchan Sidhaye giving an architect’s perspective to the designing of a building. The issue also has detailed article on Curtain Wall Fire Stop standards by Ms. Ashavaree Sahoo and an article on Fire arising out of Electrical Short circuits by Mr. S. Gopakumar.
