WARNING ISSUED TO ‘MORNING AFTER’ DRIVERS: GARDAI HAVE ISSUED a stark warning to motorists not to “drink and drive” over the festive period. Gardai report the big issue this year is driving the “morning after” a night of boozing. With several people having been charged with drink driving in the past week as a result, primarily, of morning after driving, gardai are appealing to drivers to “leave the car at home” the following morning.
