Yes, it’s THAT time of the year again where our proverbial Santa’s sack of airsoft toys for all you good girls and boys is positively stuffed with goodies for one and all! Our sincere thanks go to the guys at www.ghost-hood.com for our annual “Christmas Cover” and we’re sure you’ll all agree that if that picture doesn’t put you in a seasonal mood, nothing will! But what of the season? As another year draws towards a close the AA Crew have reflected on all the guns n’ gear that have seen them through 2023, so this month in both CAGE and RED CELL we’ve devoted space so that the guys can talk about their “most used” kit, and make their recommendations to you! Bill also brings in his-now-annual tips on keeping your gear in tip-top condition, while Ben gives the lowdown on NIGHTFOX NVGs for those on a budget. But that’s by no means all, as we have four absolutely, brand-spanking new platforms to present to you in the shape of the G&G MGCR 556 GBBR, the RAVEN HEX COMP and R9-4, and the much awaited ASG H15! From the AA LEGION this month we look INSIDE ICS, and Tama tells all about this year’s MARUI FEST, and Stewbacca lands a HUGE report on all the airsoft goodness seen at MOA 2023! Rounding things out in our Christmas-cracker of an issue Bill reflects on the VORSK VMP-1 at the six-month testing point in RELOADED, so again we’re certain that there will be something for everyone as always. As we start to prepare the first issue of AIRSOFT ACTION for 2024 we know that there’s an exciting airsoft year ahead for all of us, but for now we hope you’ll enjoy ISSUE 157, and that a very Merry Christmas awaits you, one and all!
