Your company has achieved several milestones over the years. What would you say has been the defining moment in Kalandoor Group’s journey so far?

The defining moment for us was successfully delivering a series of large-scale turnkey projects across the GCC that not only showcased our capabilities in design and construction but also positioned Kalandoor as a trusted partner in the industry. It was during this phase that we proved our ability to manage complexity while maintaining our commitment to quality, which has since become our hallmark.

How do you stay agile in an industry that is constantly evolving?

Staying agile requires a mix of foresight and flexibility. We continuously invest in research and adopt global best practices. Whether it’s leveraging digital tools for project management or adopting sustainable materials, we're quick to align with market shifts. Our ability to adapt without compromising our core values has been key to our longevity.
